Last month IPMI reunited Sales Operations Leaders in Sunny Amelia Island for the 2024 Sales Operations Institute!
The gathering was a necessary and timely occasion as shifts in external buyer preferences and internal collaboration requirements are changing how the sales operations function supports commercial organizations. The agenda sought to answer three key questions that are necessary for Sales & Sales Ops leaders to consider in order to lead operations transformations in 2023 and formulate successful strategic roadmaps towards 2024:
The event brought-in Chief Sales Officers and VPs of Sales Operations and Enablement from across North America to exchange ideas around the various answers and considerations to these questions and more. Amidst an Oceanview backdrop, the event created a productive environment for executives to discuss how to prioritize innovation, efficiency and digital customer connection in a market wrought with changing consumer sentiment and economic uncertainties.
Panel discussions tackled big-picture trends emerging within sales and sales operations as we head into 2024, while Think Tank and Roundtable sessions created the perfect atmosphere for brainstorming how and why leaders must reassess their roles and expand capabilities to support growth objectives through a data-driven lens.
Creating opportunities for our attendees to form meaningful connections with their peers is the ultimate goal of the Sales Operations Institute, and the intimate environment enabled executives to come away on a first-name basis with new connections and colleagues. Attendees left feeling rejuvenated, ready to tackle the year ahead, and already looking forward to the 2024 program.
The 2024 Sales Operations Institute will see our community of sales executives reunite much sooner than later, heading to the West Coast and taking place July 21st – 23rd, 2024 at the Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles, CA.
