Collaboration, Reorganization, and Transformation: Leveraging Changing Workplace Dynamics to Drive Organizational Success
“It was great to have an opportunity to share common challenges and best practices with fellow colleagues. I love the interaction.”
With over 200 attendees, the HR Management Institute East set the tone for an impactful two-and-a-half days of interaction through information exchange, networking, solutions, and critical insights. This year the event took place at sunny Sawgrass Marriott Resort & Spa in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, home to TPC Sawgrass, an infamous course for HR and PGA professionals alike.
The event brought together HR professionals ranging from C-Level Executives to VP-Level Executives from Fortune 1000 companies across the country, all gathered to engage in ways to shape the HR landscape for 2023 and beyond. The Institute featured an esteemed and highly regarded Speaker Faculty from leading companies such as Nascar, Rollins, NBC Universal, U.S Bank, and Global Payments – to name a few – who contributed to substantive sessions that delved into pressing HR topics in today’s landscape, including critical areas such as:
Overall, these sessions facilitated a dynamic exchange of ideas and best practices among HR professionals, helping them to stay informed and proactive to the evolving needs of the industry.
The venue at the Sawgrass Marriott provided an ideal location for the HR Management Institute, allowing attendees to not only participate in informative sessions but also enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. The outdoor spaces provided a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for attendees to network and connect with peers from various industries. In addition, the receptions allowed attendees to unwind and discuss the day's events in a more casual setting. The venue's facilities were well-equipped for the event's needs, providing ample space for both large and small group sessions such as Think Tanks and Roundtables, as well as comfortable accommodations for attendees. Attendees walked away with new connections on a first name basis and practical solutions to implement immediately.
A big thank you and shoutout to our outstanding Speaker Faculty, Service Providers, Advisory Committee and Attendees. The IPMI Team can’t wait to host the next iteration of the HR Management Institute taking place February 25th – 27th at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa in Bonita Springs, FL.
