The Growing Importance of the Contingent Workforce Experience
Businesses have dramatically increased their use of contingent workers over the past decade as they struggle with rising labor costs and the need for a workforce that can quickly adapt to market conditions. Yet even though the contingent workforce segment is growing in importance and its size, many organizations may not be skilled at managing it effectively. Major challenges include the lack of an integrated workforce management strategy, ad hoc managerial behavior, poor data management, and inadequate technology.
Join this intimate roundtable to talk about how companies are designing their approach to their contingent workforce to increase employee productivity, improve workforce flexibility, support employee journeys, and enhance the overall employee experience.
