Thinking Differently:
A Magnet for Attracting Executive and Specialized Talent
Tried-and-tested recruitment methods can fall short in securing top-tier talent for competitive roles. Job seekers want and expect more from their prospective employers. To truly stand out and become the employer of choice, attracting talent for “hard-to-fill” roles means thinking differently. Your investments in branding and reputation, all while showcasing your company benefits and offerings, may be your best asset in a challenging labour market.
Join Indeed’s Mary Geary, Head of Global Talent Attraction as she presents talent attraction strategies geared towards executive and specialized candidates to Canadian HR Leaders from large organizations in the insurance, banking and telecom sectors. Mary will also hold a fireside chat with Craig Alexander, Managing Director, North American Commercial Bank HR at BMO Financial Group, to discuss the various challenges hiring decision makers face while trying to stand out as employers.
Filling your talent pipeline will require more than compensation. Brand and promote yourself as a desired employer and watch your talent pool grow.
