The Power and Promise of Skills-First Hiring
Join us on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 from 8:30 am to 11:30 am at the Fairmont Royal York (Salon 1, 19th Floor – Executive Level), for an exclusive networking breakfast and roundtable hosted by Indeed. This event will bring together a small group of hiring leaders to explore skills-first hiring, the latest talent acquisition strategy making waves in the labour market.
Anne Marie Caneco, Senior Sales Director at Indeed, will lead the event as MC. Alexandra Tillo, Talent Strategy Advisor at Indeed, will present on the strategic approach of skills-first hiring – focusing on essential skills for a job rather than traditional credentials, which may not always be the best indicators of success. This approach enables employers to attract top talent in today's market.
Following the presentation, a roundtable discussion will give participants the opportunity to share their insights, exchange tips and identify the best practices and strategies for building an effective and efficient recruitment process.
