CJ Floros has spent more than a decade focused on operationalizing the delivery of solutions that result in long-term, sustainable outcomes in healthcare. Currently, CJ is COO of Laudio, a platform designed for CNO's and frontline managers in health systems to dramatically improve employee engagement, increase retention, and reduce burnout. Prior to Laudio, CJ was Chief Development Officer at APS, a platform used by more than 30% of healthcare executives to identify potential clinical risk.
CJ Floros is a senior executive with over 20 years in leadership roles covering business /corporate development and finance. He is recognized as a visionary who has successfully provided leadership to early-stage and middle-market companies resulting in building top and bottom-line growth from inception to exit. His previous roles include as Chief Development Officer at APS where he successfully developed an enterprise sales strategy that led to hyper-growth of 70% recurring revenue upon sale; Chief Development officer of ConnectEDU where he established new revenues streams that contributed over $7M in recurring revenues; CEO of Perrone Group; and CEO and Founder of APLUS. He started his career as an Audit and Assurance Accountant at Deloitte. CJ has a BS in Accounting and Finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
Sarah has been a leader in the Healthcare Recruiting and Talent Acquisition space for over 16 years and has served as Hueman’s President since 2019. She is committed to driving a culture of service within her teams and delivering quality talent acquisition solutions to our partners across the nation. In 2021 and 2023, Sarah was recognized as an Influential Woman in RPO and TA by the RPO Association. In 2019, Sarah was recognized by HRO Today Magazine as an RPO Provider Superstar. In 2016, she was recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts' as a “Top 40 Millennials in Staffing Worldwide" and in 2014 she received Global Recognition for her Recruitment Marketing Work.
With over a decade immersed in the talent acquisition and recruitment industry, Zach has amassed broad experience in recruiting and sourcing across healthcare and other diverse industries in North America. Currently, he directs his expertise toward cultivating strategic partnerships within Hueman’s RPO division. Zach is consistently at the forefront of innovation, providing valuable insights on leveraging company culture to structure and elevate recruiting and talent programs. Zach's commitment to culture-based hiring has yielded success in supporting over 50 organizations during his tenure with Hueman. His strategic approach not only identifies top-tier talent solutions but aligns them seamlessly with organizational values and objectives.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Zach holds a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma Baptist University. Beyond the world of talent acquisition, Zach is an accomplished singer-songwriter, and you can hear his songs anywhere you stream music.
Katie Beach joined Nebraska Medicine in 2015, where she successfully developed an innovative approach to recruiting and hiring. Her efforts have led to significant improvements in hiring efficiency and nurse recruitment. Prior to her time with Nebraska Medicine, she began her career in recruitment and leadership consulting before transitioning into human resources leadership in the manufacturing industry, where she spent nine years. During this time, she also focused on developing international talent strategies for two years.
Beach holds a bachelor's degree in mass communications, with a concentration in public relations and advertising, from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. She is certified by the Society of Human Resources Management as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and also holds a Strategic Workforce Planning Certification from the Human Capital Institute. Currently, she is nearing the completion of Wharton Executive Education's Chief Human Resources Officer Program.
Bob is a seasoned professional with a distinguished career in Human Resources. An HR strategist, Bob has a proven track record in designing and implementing HR Operating models that bring innovation and excellence to every aspect of HR while enabling HR teams to achieve measurable success. He most recently served as SVP and CHRO for The University of Chicago Medicine, where he oversaw all aspects of HR, focusing on talent acquisition, development, compensation & benefits and fostering an engaged organizational culture.
Bob began his career as a generalist and held key positions in Human Resources with renowned brands such as Canon, Whirlpool, and Abbott Laboratories. He also contributed his expertise to portfolio companies of Cerberus, a prominent private equity firm. In these roles, Bob provided strategic guidance to Board members, CEOs, and senior management, addressing organizational and people matters to enhance performance and drive value creation. His operational focus extends to leading HR due diligence and integration in significant acquisition projects, totaling over $7 billion. Bob has served as a Board Member for several organizations including, Skills for Chicagoland’s Future and Facing Forward to End Homelessness, and he is currently an active Board Member for La Rabida Children’s Hospital. His ability to identify risks, quantify synergies, and ensure the realization of organizational goals showcases his strategic acumen. Bob holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Le Moyne College and an MBA from Adelphi University.

As the Vice President of Physician Recruitment at Northwell Health, she brings a wealth of expertise and innovation to the forefront of healthcare administration.
