Talent Executives Gather in Scenic Montebello for the 2023 Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Institute Canada
Last week we took a trip into the countryside to host the 2023 Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Institute Canada at the charming and beautiful Fairmont Le Château in Montebello, Quebec. The location provided an ideal venue for an intimate two-and-a-half days of networking, information exchange, solutions, and critical insights, and offered a valuable lens into the evolving landscape of Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience.
Industry Executives from Talent Acquisition and HR convened to share their insights, innovative solutions, and critical perspectives into the following topics:
Adapting to the changing landscape: Talent Acquisition Executives explored the importance of adapting and navigating dynamic economic and market conditions. Attendees learned strategies to adjust talent acquisition approaches, plan for both short-term and long-term needs, and maintain agility in response to evolving candidate priorities and market trends.
Attracting and retaining top talent: Participants gained insights into building a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to differentiate their organization, creating an inclusive and equitable workplace culture, and leveraging the power of diversity of thought to drive better business outcomes in attracting and retaining high-quality talent.
Strategic talent planning: Industry leaders highlighted the value of strategic talent planning in addressing skills gaps and future-proofing organizations.
