In fact, according to recent survey results from Accenture, 89% of CEOs surveyed believe that the CHRO should have a central role in ensuring long term profitable growth.

Today’s HR executives are leading organizational progress and playing a pivotal role in long- and short-term organizational goals and strategies. This harmonization of people and strategy underscores the importance of the HR role in scaffolding any successful organization, as HR Leaders tackle priorities surrounding leadership development, ensuring future organizational needs are met, organizational culture, fostering inclusion and cultural alignment with overall business strategy, and the use of technology and innovation, allowing for greater productivity and supporting the ever-evolving landscape of work.
